We were having some volume and channel difficulities but our technical staff has worked on them and has improved them to where they work pretty well.  They are not up to our usual standard but have good sound to listen to.  Some of it is in Mono instead of Stereo so you will only hear from one speaker, and the first minute or so is soft.If anyone would like a refund, just return them and we will do so.  The information on these is priceless, so  being able to hear them and glean the teachings is a benefit.
